The schoolroom building dates from 1777 and was formerly a church school. It has been used as a church hall and for events and meetings for many years. Facilities were limited and not helped when the roof of the kitchen extension collapsed a few years ago,  making it totally unusable.  Following a vigorous fund-raising scheme the Old Schoolroom was reopened in August 2011.

The Main Hall, with its original Kingpost truss and fireplace is ideal for larger events. The kitchen is fitted out to the highest standard so catering for functions couldn't be easier. On the lower floor there are two additonal meeting rooms and a small kitchen.  The Garmon Room can be set up with a conference table which seats 14 or as theatre style. The Yale Room is smaller so perfect for informal gatherings.

The rooms are available for use for private functions and events open to the public. You can check if they are available on the calendar below.
