Tractor Show
This Gathering, which always takes place on the last Sunday of July, starts with the vintage tractors going on a road run around the lanes and byways of the locality. Attractions on the field include horse-drawn ploughing. cider-making, falconry display and stalls such as the Country Market. There is also a slow tractor race and a tug of war versus a tractor, as well as static displays of classic cars, motor cycles, stationary engines and vintage machinery.
