How we make decisions

The full Community Council takes all decisions impacting on the community during the monthly council meetings, unless delegated powers have been provided.
Unless otherwise agreed by the Council, no sub-committee makes any decisions on its own, or is permitted to control a budget.
Any recommendations made by the relevant sub-committees are presented for approval by the full Council.
